You have so much you want to do but pain is holding you back. Look in the mirror and it’s like someone else is looking back at you. You’re discouraged with the slower pace you’re forced to take lately. Frustrated.

Eating better and exercising just isn’t getting you back out to enjoy life fast enough. You need someone to help you feel better inside and out.

I’m Jennifer Reyna, M.S.O.M, L.Ac, owner of Boundless Health & Wellness, and my passion is helping people get out of pain, and feeling and looking their best on the inside and outside. I want to help you get back to living life to the absolute fullest, whether that is hiking and climbing at Smith Rock or simply able to work around the house.

I spent nearly 4000 hours studying Chinese medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine, and countless more studying facial rejuvenation and cutting edge functional nutrition, to do exactly that.

Research confirms what ancient people knew thousands of years ago; the body can heal itself, sometimes it just needs a little help. I’ll use every tool at my disposal, from acupuncture and herbs, to lifestyle and dietary strategies to help you have boundless heath, living pain-free with better performance, and looking your best.

My work is informed by my own experience recovering from a chronic, complex illness and a car accident that left me with spinal and nerve damage so severe that normal daily activities were impossible. I decided to take my health into my own hands. Through extensive study and research, continual self-experimentation, and formal training in Chinese and integrative medicine, I recovered and am managing these debilitating injuries, and want to share what I've learned with others.

I practice Classical Chinese medicine and functional nutrition, and specialize in injury relief and prevention, and facial rejuvination. I believe in a personalized approach to health care that recognizes the uniqueness of each patient. In contrast to conventional care, which is almost entirely focused on suppressing symptoms, Chinese medicine and functional nutrition eliminates symptoms by addressing the underlying cause of a problem. They view the body as an interconnected whole, and recognize the importance of these connections in disease and health.

I earned my Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine, the most comprehensive training in classical Chinese medicine offered in the U.S. In this program, I was immersed in the classical foundations of the medicine, received an extensive holistic education in Western medical sciences, and trained in the clinical application of the major modalities of Chinese medicine. Additionally, I am board certified in Acupuncture from National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed by the Oregon Medical Board as LAc.

Born and raised in West Virginia, I spent my childhood wading in creeks and running through the woods. I’ve called Portland my home for nearly a decade, finding it to be a wonderful place to explore with my husband and raise our daughter. I love good tea and books, walking and hiking with my best friends, and rock climbing with my husband.

I look forward to being your partner in vibrant health!
